The Poolesville Falcons basketball team (Poolesville, MD), was nudged 50-45 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Einstein Titans (Kensington, MD)
The Titans now possess a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Damascus for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 19. Einstein will confront a Hornets team coming off a 63-49 non-league win over Bethesda-Chevy Chase (Bethesda, MD). The Hornets record now stands at 12-0.
The Falcons (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against Whitman (Bethesda, MD). The Vikings come into the non-league battle with a 10-2 record. In their last battle, Whitman edged Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD), 82-37, in a non-league battle.
