Illinois High School Basketball - New Trier trounces Farragut

The New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL) basketball smashed the visiting Farragut Admirals (Chicago, IL), 71-42 in Tuesday's non-league contest.
The Trevians now sport a 18-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glenbrook North for a Central Suburban - South contest on Friday, January 20. New Trier will battle a Spartans team coming off a 57-41 non-league win over Fremd (Palatine, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 18-2.
The Admirals (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln Park (Chicago, IL). The Lions come into the Chicago Public - Red Northwest contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Lincoln Park was routed by Hyde Park (Chicago, IL), 80-69, in a non-league contest.
