Frontenac Raiders (Frontenac, KS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Providence Academy Patriots (Rogers, AR), 73-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Frontenac upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Raiders travel to St. Mary's-Colgan (Pittsburg, KS) to play the Panthers in a Crawford-Neosho-Cherokee bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-5. St. Mary's-Colgan lost 64-59 in their recent non-league bout against Jefferson Independent Day (Joplin, MO)

Next up, the Patriots play the Grove Ridgerunners (Grove, OK) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 19. Providence Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record. The Ridgerunners go into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 55-45 league loss to Claremore (Claremore, OK).
