Virginia High School Basketball - Granby topped by Lake Taylor

The Lake Taylor Titans basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the visiting Granby Comets to 48 in the Titans league victory on Tuesday.
The Titans now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Princess Anne for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 18. Lake Taylor will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 52-46 league win over Cox (Virginia Beach, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 11-4.
The Comets (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Norfolk Christian (Norfolk, VA). The Ambassadors come into the non-league contest with a 0-11 record. In their last contest, Norfolk Christian was defeated by Norfolk Collegiate (Norfolk, VA), 70-17, in a league contest.
