The Grand Forks Central Knights basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Valley City Hi-Liners to 55 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.
The Knights now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Fargo for a A East contest on Friday, January 20. Grand Forks Central will battle a Packers team coming off a 87-65 league loss to Red River (Grand Forks, ND). The Packers record now stands at 4-4.
The Hi-Liners (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against New Rockford-Sheyenne (New Rockford, ND). The Rockets enter the non-league contest with a 4-10 record. In their last contest, New Rockford-Sheyenne was defeated by Shanley (Fargo, ND), 70-58, in a non-league contest.
