Illinois High School Basketball - Illini Central can't hold off Havana

The Illini Central Cougars basketball team (Mason City, IL), was nudged 43-37 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Havana Ducks (Havana, IL)
The Ducks now sport a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bushnell-Prairie City for a Prairieland battle on Friday, January 20. Havana will battle a Spartans team coming off a 63-54 league win over West Prairie (Sciota, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 15-7.
The Cougars (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against Williamsville (Williamsville, IL). The Bullets come into the Sangamo battle with a 13-4 record.
