In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Scranton Knights (Scranton, PA) basketball squad felled the host Honesdale Hornets (Honesdale, PA), by a margin of 82-71.
The Knights (4-8) will now prepare for their outing against North Pocono (Covington Township, PA). The Trojans go into the non-league outing with a 7-5 record. In their last outing, North Pocono thwarted Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA), 56-45, in a league outing.
The Hornets now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they host Valley View for a non-league outing on Friday, January 20. Honesdale will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 74-57 league win over Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 11-2.
