The Lexington Minutemen basketball team (Lexington, NE), was nudged 63-58 in Tuesday's league battle with the host McCook Bison (McCook, NE)

The Bison now possess a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Platte for a non-league battle on Friday, January 20. McCook will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 61-46 non-league win over Northwest (Grand Island, NE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-6.

The Minutemen (3-9) will now prepare for their battle against Cozad (Cozad, NE). The Haymakers go into the non-league outing with a 9-6 record. In their last outing, Cozad held off Ainsworth (Ainsworth, NE), 76-48, in a non-league outing.
