The Pendleton County Wildcats basketball team (Falmouth, KY), was overwhelmed 67-40 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Mason County Royals (Maysville, KY)
The Royals now possess a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dixie Heights for a non-league battle on Friday, January 20. Mason County will confront a Colonels team coming off a 48-41 league loss to St. Henry (Erlanger, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 3-10.
The Wildcats (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY). The Bluejackets come into the District 38 battle with a 7-7 record.
