The Waubay/Summit Mustangs basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Milbank Bulldogs to 46 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Aberdeen Christian for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 19. Waubay/Summit will meet a Knights team coming off a 77-38 non-league win over Faulkton (Faulkton, SD). The Knights record now stands at 8-0.

The Bulldogs (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Groton (Groton, SD). The Tigers enter the A Region 1 contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Groton nudged Tiospa Zina (Agency Village, SD), 69-39, in a league contest.
