The Ocean View Christian Patriots basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Preuss UCSD Tritons to 34 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santana for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 19. Ocean View Christian will meet a Sultans team coming off a 63-48 league loss to Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA). The Sultans record now stands at 10-9.

The Tritons (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Mountain Empire (Pine Valley, CA). The Redhawks enter the non-league contest with a 0-11 record. In their last contest, Mountain Empire was routed by Vincent Memorial (Calexico, CA), 79-35, in a non-league contest.
