In Tuesday's league match, the host Valley Regional Warriors basketball team scored a good 50-40 triumph over the Old Lyme Wildcats.
In their next game, the Warriors meet the Westbrook Knights (Westbrook, CT) in a Shoreline match, on Friday, January 20. Valley Regional will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 0-12 record after their 77-29 league loss to Cromwell (Cromwell, CT).
