The Schenectady Patriots basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Troy Flying Horses to 58 in the Patriots league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake for a Section 2 Suburban - Gray contest on Friday, January 20. Schenectady will meet a Spartans team coming off a 52-48 non-league loss to Colonie Central (Albany, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 6-6.

The Flying Horses (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Guilderland (Guilderland Center, NY). The Flying Dutchman enter the non-league contest with a 1-12 record. In their last contest, Guilderland was nudged by Albany (Albany, NY), 63-44, in a non-league contest.
