The Hightstown Rams basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Allentown Redbirds to 44 in the Rams league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rams now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Steinert for a non-league contest on Friday, January 20. Hightstown will meet a Spartans team coming off a 92-38 league loss to Ewing (Trenton, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 8-5.

The Redbirds (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against Delran (Delran, NJ). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Delran was nudged by Holy Cross (Delran, NJ), 35-32, in a league contest.
