Ohio High School Basketball - National Trail trounces Carlisle

The National Trail Blazers (New Paris, OH) basketball crushed the visiting Carlisle Indians (Carlisle, OH), 41-20 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Blazers (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Ansonia (Ansonia, OH). The Tigers go into the Western Ohio test with a 6-9 record. In their last test, Ansonia was trounced by Parkway (Rockford, OH), 59-12, in a non-league test.
The Indians now own a 3-11 record. They play next when they host Eaton for a Southwestern Buckeye - West test on Saturday, January 21. Carlisle will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 58-51 non-league loss to Oakwood (Dayton, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 7-7.
