The Governor Mifflin Mustangs basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Cedar Crest Falcons to 56 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Exeter Township for a Berks County 1 contest on Thursday, January 19. Governor Mifflin will meet a Eagles team coming off a 42-32 non-league win over Muhlenberg (Laureldale, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-4.

The Falcons (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hempfield (Landisville, PA). The Black Knights enter the Lancaster-Lebanon 1 contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Hempfield was dropped by Lebanon (Lebanon, PA), 52-50, in a non-league bout.
