Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lewis Central Titans (Council Bluffs, IA) and the visiting Denison-Schleswig Monarchs (Denison, IA), witnessed Lewis Central's basketball squad crush Denison-Schleswig by a margin of 52-22.

The Titans (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Shenandoah (Shenandoah, IA). The Mustangs go into the Hawkeye Ten test with a 11-5 record. In their last test, Shenandoah walloped Creston (Creston, IA), 38-35, in a league test.

The Monarchs now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they travel to St. Albert for a Hawkeye Ten test on Friday, January 20. Denison-Schleswig will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 52-34 non-league win over AHSTW (Avoca, IA). The Falcons record now stands at 12-0.
