The East Stroudsburg North Timberwolves basketball team (Dingmans Ferry, PA), was overwhelmed 63-16 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Pocono Mountain East Cardinals (Swiftwater, PA)

The Cardinals now possess a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nazareth Area for a non-league battle on Friday, January 20. Pocono Mountain East will battle a Blue Eagles team coming off a 41-33 league win over Northampton (Northampton, PA). The Blue Eagles record now stands at 5-5.

The Timberwolves (0-8) will now prepare for their battle against Liberty (Bethlehem, PA). The Hurricanes come into the Eastern Pennsylvania - Steel battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Liberty was overwhelmed by Allentown Central Catholic (Allentown, PA), 47-42, in a league battle.
