With the victory, Northeastern Clinton improves its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Northern Adirondack (Ellenburg Depot, NY) to confront the Bobcats in a Section 7 Champlain Valley I challenge on Thursday, January 19. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 9-1. Northern Adirondack won 55-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Ticonderoga (Ticonderoga, NY)

Next up, the Huskies confront the Salmon River Shamrocks (Fort Covington, NY) in a Section 10 Central challenge, on Thursday, January 19. Franklin Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Shamrocks come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 56-28 league loss to Ogdensburg Free Academy (Ogdensburg, NY).
