The Waterford Lancers (Waterford, CT) basketball crushed the host Griswold Wolverines (Griswold, CT), 59-32 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Lancers (3-6) will now prepare for their test against St. Bernard (Uncasville, CT). The Saints go into the non-league test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, St. Bernard walloped Parish Hill (Chaplin, CT), 60-36, in a non-league test.
The Wolverines now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Berlin for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 18. Griswold will encounter a Redcoats squad coming off a 69-30 non-league win over Plainville (Plainville, CT). The Redcoats record now stands at 4-6.
