New Milford Knights (New Milford, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Hawthorne Bears (Hawthorne, NJ), 44-25 in a non-league bout.

With the win, New Milford upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Knights travel to Palisades Park (Palisades Park, NJ) to play the Tigers in a Olympic - American bout on Wednesday, January 18.
