Florida High School Basketball - North Fort Myers overwhelmed by Island Coast

The North Fort Myers Red Knights basketball team (North Fort Myers, FL), was overwhelmed 61-25 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Island Coast Gators (Cape Coral, FL)

The Gators now possess a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gateway for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 19. Island Coast will confront a Eagles team coming off a 45-42 non-league win over Gateway Charter (Fort Myers, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 10-5.

The Red Knights (0-15) will now prepare for their battle against East Lee County (Lehigh Acres, FL). The Jaguars come into the non-league battle with a 4-11 record. In their last battle, East Lee County was overwhelmed by South Fort Myers (Fort Myers, FL), 72-11, in a league battle.
