Jefferson Wildcats (Delphos, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wayne Trace Raiders (Haviland, OH), 46-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Jefferson upgrades its record to 13-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Crestview (Convoy, OH) to play the Knights in a Northwest bout on Thursday, January 19. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 11-3. Crestview won 46-34 in their recent non-league bout against Van Wert (Van Wert, OH)

Next up, the Raiders play the Antwerp Archers (Antwerp, OH) in a Green Meadows bout, on Thursday, January 19. Wayne Trace will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Archers go into the bout with a 8-7 record after their 42-22 non-league win over Continental (Continental, OH).
