The Oak Grove Tigers basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Mangham Dragons to 25 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rayville for a 2A District 2 contest on Friday, January 20. Oak Grove will battle a Hornets team coming off a 78-20 league win over Beekman (Bastrop, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 1-7.
The Dragons (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Beekman (Bastrop, LA). The enter the 2A District 2 contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Beekman was routed by Rayville (Rayville, LA), 78-20, in a league contest.
