Toledo Indians (Toledo, WA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Wahkiakum Mules (Cathlamet, WA), 47-46 in a league bout.

With the victory, Toledo upgrades its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Onalaska (Onalaska, WA) to play the Loggers in a 2B Central bout on Thursday, January 19. The Loggers come into the bout with a record of 2-9. Onalaska lost 33-15 in their recent league bout against Winlock (Winlock, WA)

Next up, the Mules play the Napavine Tigers (Napavine, WA) in a 2B Central bout, on Thursday, January 19. Wahkiakum will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 14-2 record after their 52-43 league win over Adna (Adna, WA).
