The Whitman Vikings basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Watkins Mill Wolverines to 9 in the Vikings non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Poolesville for a non-league contest on Friday, January 20. Whitman will battle a Falcons team coming off a 55-38 non-league win over Einstein (Kensington, MD). The Falcons record now stands at 8-3.

The Wolverines (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Seneca Valley (Germantown, MD). The Screamin' Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Seneca Valley triumphed over Northwest (Germantown, MD), 73-16, in a league contest.
