Perryton Rangers (Perryton, TX) supporters exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Plainview Bulldogs (Plainview, TX), 8-0 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Perryton moves its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Rangers host Canyon (Canyon, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 4A Region 1 District 3 bout on Friday, January 27. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-2.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Tascosa Rebels (Amarillo, TX) in a 5A Region 1 District 3 bout, on Saturday, February 4. Plainview will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record.
