The Chaparral Wolverines basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Castle View Sabercats to 41 in the Wolverines league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wolverines now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mountain Vista for a contest on Friday, January 20. Chaparral will meet a Golden Eagles team coming off a 65-48 non-league win over Denver East (Denver, CO). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 6-3.
The Sabercats (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Ponderosa (Parker, CO). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 7-1 record.
