In Wednesday's league match, the host Coginchaug Regional Blue Devils basketball team scored a good 82-73 triumph over the East Hampton Bellringers.
In their next game, the Blue Devils meet the North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT) in a Shoreline match, on Friday, January 19. Coginchaug Regional will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record.
With the defeat, East Hampton moves to 5-6 on the year. The Bellringers host Portland (Portland, CT) to face the Highlanders in a Shoreline game on Thursday, January 18. The Highlanders enter the game with a record of 3-7.
