North Carolina High School Basketball - Oak Ridge Military Academy nipped by Durham Academy

The Durham Academy Cavaliers tipped the visiting Oak Ridge Military Academy Eagles basketball team by a final score of 67-61 in Wednesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Cavaliers face the North Raleigh Christian Academy Knights (Raleigh, NC) in a NCISAA Triangle game, on Friday, January 19. Durham Academy will attempt to move on its 12-10 season record. The Knights enter the game with a 10-7 record after their 74-37 non-league win over Oak Forest (Wake Forest, NC).

With the defeat, Oak Ridge Military Academy moves to 24-4 on the year. The Eagles travel to Hargrave Military Academy (Chatham, VA) to face the Tigers in a non-league game on Thursday, January 18.
