Hardin Northern Polar Bears (Dola, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Ridgedale Rockets (Morral, OH), 53-51 in a league bout.

With the win, Hardin Northern upgrades its record to 3-8 on the season. The Polar Bears travel to Ada (Ada, OH) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 2-11. Ada lost 60-53 in their recent league bout against Jefferson (Delphos, OH)

Next up, the Rockets clash with the Ridgemont Golden Gophers (Mount Victory, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 20. Ridgedale will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Golden Gophers go into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 68-28 non-league loss to Mohawk (Sycamore, OH).
