Illinois High School Basketball - Roosevelt knocked off by Marine Leadership Academy

The Marine Leadership Academy Bulldogs basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Roosevelt Rough Riders to 41 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Steinmetz College Prep for a Chicago Public - Blue North contest on Friday, January 19. Marine Leadership Academy will meet a Silver Streaks team coming off a 54-22 league win over Disney II (Chicago, IL). The Silver Streaks record now stands at 5-7.
The Rough Riders (0-13) will now prepare for their contest against Chicago Sullivan (Chicago, IL). The Tigers enter the Chicago Public - Blue North contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Chicago Sullivan ran past Aspira Business and Finance (Chicago, IL), 67-27, in a league contest.
