With the victory, Reed-Custer improves its record to 7-11 on the campaign. The Comets host Streator (Streator, IL) to play the Bulldogs in a Illinois Central 8 challenge on Friday, January 19. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 16-4. Streator won 76-51 in their recent league challenge against Herscher (Herscher, IL)

Next up, the Momence Athletics play the St. Anne Cardinals (St. Anne, IL) in a River Valley challenge, on Friday, January 19. Momence will attempt to improve on its 5-13 season record.
