The Western Tech & Environmental Science Wolverines basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Sparrows Point Pointers to 33 in the Wolverines league victory on Wednesday.
The Wolverines now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 18. Western Tech & Environmental Science will battle a Indians team coming off a 63-53 league win over Randallstown (Randallstown, MD). The Indians record now stands at 13-0.
The Pointers (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Catonsville (Baltimore, MD). The Comets come into the Baltimore County 2 contest with a 8-2 record.
