In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Wagon Mound Trojans (Wagon Mound, NM) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Tierra Encantada (Santa Fe, NM), by a margin of 56-31.

The Trojans (1-3) will now prepare for their outing against Maxwell (Maxwell, NM). The Bears go into the A District 5 outing with a 6-4 record.

The now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Native American Community Academy for a 2A District 2 outing on Tuesday, January 23. Tierra Encantada will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 61-50 non-league loss to Coronado (Gallina, NM). The Eagles record now stands at 3-8.
