With the victory, Anniston upgrades its record to 19-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Piedmont (Piedmont, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 18. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 10-8. Piedmont won 60-25 in their recent non-league bout against Alexandria (Alexandria, AL)

Next up, the Panthers play the Ohatchee Indians (Ohatchee, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 22. Wellborn will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Indians come into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 69-21 non-league loss to Oxford (Oxford, AL).
