Londonderry Lancers (Londonderry, NH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Dover Green Wave (Dover, NH), 61-51 in a league bout.

With the win, Londonderry upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Lancers host Pinkerton (Derry, NH) to play the Astros in a Division I bout on Friday, January 19. The Astros go into the bout with a record of 8-1. Pinkerton won 84-48 in their recent league bout against Concord (Concord, NH)

Next up, the Green Wave play the Spaulding Red Raiders (Rochester, NH) in a Division I bout, on Friday, January 19. Dover will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 55-51 league win over Merrimack (Merrimack, NH).
