The Naperville North Huskies basketball team (Naperville, IL), was overwhelmed 66-45 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Downers Grove South Mustangs (Downers Grove, IL)
The Mustangs now possess a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glenbard West for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 18. Downers Grove South will confront a Hilltoppers team coming off a 58-43 non-league loss to Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 19-4.
The Huskies (10-12) will now prepare for their battle against Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL). The Wildcats come into the DuPage Valley battle with a 13-9 record. In their last battle, Neuqua Valley was overwhelmed by Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL), 60-57, in a non-league battle.
