The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Tolleson Wolverines (Tolleson, AZ) and the visiting West Point Dragons (Avondale, AZ), saw Tolleson's soccer squad triumph over West Point by a margin of 8-0.
The Wolverines now sport a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Valley Vista for a 6A West Valley test on Tuesday, January 23. Tolleson will meet a Monsoon squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Cesar Chavez (Laveen, AZ). The Monsoon record now stands at 6-3.
With the loss, West Point drops to 3-7 on the season. The Dragons travel to Shadow Ridge (Surprise, AZ) to meet the Stallions in a 6A West Valley test on Tuesday, January 23. The Stallions come into the test with a record of 7-5.
