The Ravenscroft Ravens basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Cary Christian Knights to 37 in the Ravens non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Ravens now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Durham Academy for a contest on Tuesday, January 23. Ravenscroft will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 40-38 league loss to North Raleigh Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 8-5.
The Knights (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Trinity Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Tigers enter the contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Trinity Academy ran past GRACE Christian (Raleigh, NC), 36-35, in a league contest.
