The Barron Golden Bears basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host Osceola Chieftains to 62 in the Golden Bears non-league triumph on Friday.

The Golden Bears now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Spooner for a Heart O'North game on Tuesday, January 21. Barron will play a Rails team coming off a 72-57 league win over St. Croix Falls (St. Croix Falls, WI). The Rails record now stands at 3-8.
