In Friday's league contest, the host Flasher Bulldogs basketball team scored a close 63-56 triumph over the Belfield Bantams.
The Bulldogs (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Beach (Beach, ND). The Buccaneers go into the B District 7 contest with a 5-5 record.
In their next game, the Bantams battle the Trinity Christian Crusaders (Williston, ND) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. Belfield will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Crusaders go into the contest with a 3-3 record after their 58-56 league loss to Alexander (Alexander, ND).
