The Bellingham Bayhawks basketball squad (Bellingham, WA), was crushed 87-49 in Friday's league battle with the host Ferndale Golden Eagles (Ferndale, WA)
With the victory, Ferndale advances its record to 7-7 on the year. The Golden Eagles host Sehome (Bellingham, WA) to meet the Mariners in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest battle on Tuesday, January 21. The Bayhawks now own a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mount Vernon for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest battle on Monday, January 20. Bellingham will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 68-63 league loss to Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-8.
