The Bells Panthers basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Keene Chargers to 37 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now possess a 16-8 record. They play next when they travel to Blue Ridge for a 3A Region II District 11 game on Tuesday, January 21. Bells will confront a Tigers team coming off a 76-44 league win over S & S Consolidated (Sadler, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 4-14.
With the loss, Keene falls to 16-10 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Grandview (Grandview, TX) to confront the Zebras in a 3A Region III District 18 game on Tuesday, January 21. The Zebras go into the game with a record of 9-16. Grandview lost 52-23 in their recent league game against Palmer (Palmer, TX)
