In Friday's non-league contest, the host Evergreen Park Mustangs basketball team scored a good 69-53 triumph over the Bogan Bengals.
The Mustangs (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL). The Celtics go into the non-league contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, Providence Catholic was topped by Brother Rice (Chicago, IL), 69-29, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bengals battle the Little Village Phoenix (Chicago, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. Bogan will attempt to better on its 1-19 season record. The Phoenix go into the contest with a 15-4 record after their 69-37 non-league loss to Crane Medical (Chicago, IL).
