Indiana High School Basketball - Castle bests Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter

January 17, 2025: Newburgh, IN 47630

The Castle Knights basketball team scored 76 points and limited the visiting Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter Raiders to 65 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now possess a 7-7 record. They play next when they host Hopkinsville for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 18. Castle will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 85-44 league win over University Heights (Hopkinsville, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 6-8.

The Raiders (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Evansville Bosse (Evansville, IN). The Bulldogs come into the non-league outing with a 3-7 record. In their last outing, Evansville Bosse went down by Lawrence Central (Indianapolis, IN), 77-60, in a non-league outing.
