The Central Cass Squirrels basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Stanley Blue Jays to 43 in the Squirrels non-league triumph on Friday.

The Squirrels now have a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Turtle Mountain for a non-league game on Saturday, January 18.

With the loss, Stanley falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Blue jays host Valley City (Valley City, ND) to confront the Hi-Liners in a non-league game on Friday, January 17. The Hi-Liners go into the game with a record of 4-1. Valley City won 47-19 in their recent non-league game against Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] (Rogers, ND)
