The Days Creek Wolves basketball team scored 51 points and limited the visiting Umpqua Valley Christian Monarchs to 39 in the Wolves league triumph on Friday.

The Wolves now possess a 9-6 record. They play next when they host New Hope Christian for a 1A Skyline game on Saturday, January 18. Days Creek will play a Warriors team coming off a 47-43 league win over Camas Valley (Camas Valley, OR). The Warriors record now stands at 5-10.

With the loss, Umpqua Valley Christian falls to 12-3 on the campaign. The Monarchs host Elkton (Elkton, OR) to play the Elks in a 1A Skyline game on Saturday, January 18. The Elks go into the game with a record of 7-7. Elkton won 47-34 in their recent league game against Glendale (Glendale, OR)
