The Mount View Mustangs basketball squad (Thorndike, ME), was nipped 44-43 in Friday's non-league test with the visiting Leavitt Hornets (Turner, ME)
Next, the Hornets clash with the Spruce Mountain Phoenix (Jay, ME) in a B South test, on Monday, January 20. Leavitt will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Phoenix come into the test with a 11-2 record after their 84-27 league win over Lisbon (Lisbon Falls, ME).
The Mustangs (7-8) will now prepare for their test against Waterville (Waterville, ME). The Panthers come into the non-league test with a 2-11 record.
