Illinois High School Basketball - Lincolnwood victorious over Mulberry Grove

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Lincolnwood Lancers basketball team scored a good 62-48 triumph over the Mulberry Grove Aces.

The Lancers (9-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lutheran (Springfield, IL). The Crusaders go into the MSM contest with a 4-14 record. In their last contest, Lutheran was topped by Athens (Athens, IL), 61-52, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Aces battle the Maryville Christian Lions (Maryville, IL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Mulberry Grove will attempt to better on its 7-14 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 6-9 record after their 47-41 non-league loss to Marissa/Coulterville (Marissa, IL).
